When the adjustment pressure exceeds the allowable value of one chamber, the safety valve will automatically open the deflation, and when the pressure is reduced to the allowable value, it will automatically close.

1. When installing the gas pressure reducer, check the consistency of the gas cylinder valve connection thread specifications, and pay attention to remove impurities and grease from the joints to prevent debris from entering the pressure reducer.
2. When opening the cylinder valve, the person should stand on the side of the pressure reducer and should not face it in front to avoid accidents. The cylinder valve should be opened slowly. At this time, the pressure gauge high pressure gauge will indicate the internal pressure of the cylinder. Then adjust the pressure reducer output knob (adjustment lever) (clockwise). The low pressure gauge will indicate the working pressure of the output.
3. The safety valve has been strictly adjusted at the factory. When the regulating pressure exceeds the used value, the safety valve will be automatically vented. For this reason, the user is not allowed to adjust or disassemble it.
4. At the end of the work, the cylinder valve must be closed and the remaining gas from the pressure reducer.
5. If the regulator is damaged or has any abnormality, please stop using it immediately, and you must entrust the manufacturer to carry out maintenance.
6. Correctly use the gas specified by the pressure reducer. This product should be used during the process to avoid impact and should not be used in the environment where the medium is corroded.
7. Can not use dry siphonic cylinders.
8. The use of pressure reducers should be strictly implemented by the State Labor General Administration (gas cylinder safety supervision regulations) and (dissolved acetylene gas cylinder safety supervision regulations).
